1ST STEP: APPLYING

The most important step is to get your completed application to us ASAP.
All tenants, roommates, and guarantors must complete a separate application online.
Application Fee ($20) is non-refundable.
An application link can be requested through our website or email.
A unique application link must be generated per applicant.

Please be ready to upload all your supporting documents to your secure online application.
Supporting Documents include, but are not limited to:
– Valid Government Issued Photo ID.
– First 2 pages of last year’s tax return or W2 form.
– Last 2 Bank Statements.
– Last 2 Pay Stubs.
– Letter from Employer.
– School Registration/Student ID.
*Please note: Incomplete applications will not be processed.

2ND STEP: PROCESSING AND APPROVAL

The approval process can take approximately 30-60 minutes after all applications are received in full, depending on the day & time of submission.

We verify all the information on your application such as your employment and tenant history, so please make sure we have proper contact names & numbers.

We accept several applications on an apartment until a lease is signed.
Our policy is that the first person to sign the lease is the person who will get the apartment, regardless who had their applications in first.
This is up to the sole discretion of the leasing Manager and Agents.

Please make sure to confirm the start date and expiration date of a new lease with our leasing agent upon application approval.

3RD STEP: LEASE SIGNING

After you are approved, you should make an appointment to sign the lease ASAP.
Due to the quick rental market, the only way to secure an apartment is to put down a 1-Month deposit and sign the lease.

You have the option to pay your deposit and/or lease payments via our online platform (ie. Credit Card or eCheck).

At the lease signing we only accept ”Good Money” such as: Bank Check or Money Order.
After you become our tenant, personal checks are accepted as rent payment.
All payments for any fee, including rent, must always be made out to “Majesty Management.”

Required payments at Lease Signing:
First Months’ Rent + 1-Month Security Deposit.

We must receive all the required lease paperwork and full funds before you are given keys to your new apartment.
