Majesty Management was amazing to work with during our stay in our last apartment. Moshe and Avi especially stood out. Moshe was always incredibly responsive and accommodating. I never had to wait long for a response to any question or concern. Avi was always helpful and addressed issues in the apartment in a timely and professional manner. We only decided to move because we needed more space - we wish we could take Majesty Management with us!

We worked through very difficult times of COVID-19, and Majesty Management was there with helping hands. As we continue to fight through this pandemic we are lucky to have a landlord and management team like Majesty Management.

I like the improvements they have made to the building – they redid the first floor with beautiful marble, created a clean and bright laundry room in the basement. 2020 – Kait M.

I'm incredibly happy and grateful to be living in a building that is managed by Majesty Management. Their business strategy really expresses how much they actually care about tenant comfort and tenant needs. The building has been maintained excellently since Majesty took over and improvements have been made that has included finishing the basement and installing a washer and dryer for tenant convenience. I haven't had many problems in my apartment since I moved in three years ago, but any issue that arose was met with an immediate response and quickly resolved. The bathroom upstairs from me had a leak and it started leaking into my bathroom. I emailed Dave, who is fantastic, and there was a plumber/repair guy at the building literally within an hour of contacting the management company. Recently my (very old) oven broke and the burners in the oven would no longer light. Not only did management replace my broken oven but upgraded both the oven and refrigerator with brand new beautiful appliances. There are so many terrible landlords and management companies out there so to be so lucky to get into a building that has stellar management like Majesty is so great. I'm going to have to upgrade to a bigger apartment eventually (now that I have a child) and I hope to be able to stay in a building managed by Majesty Management. I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend them!

2018 – LENA M.

I previously used Majesty Management several years ago for an apartment in New York for my son and his roommate. The management company was always responsive for all their needs and when they moved out, our security deposit was returned promptly. My daughter was recently looking for an apartment and almost got scammed several times. I told her about Majesty Management and she was able to find an apartment they managed, they even paid our broker fee since we were a returning tenant. I was pleasantly surprised that Dave was still there and he remembered me. He is awesome! The management company now has their own portal so making payments and receiving documents is high tech! They are wonderful!

Hi Ron,
I’m not sure you remember me but I rented from Majesty Management for four years, from 2009-2012. I’m moving back to New York from an artist residency in Australia and was wondering at the chance that you might have an apartment available (maybe even the top floor) for me to rent from you again. My partner and I will be moving back together, she is the former senior policy advisor at the Australian Human Rights Commission and I continue to work as an artist.
Renting from you remains one of the best living experiences I’ve had thus far in New York.
